Mid-week check-up going on here! You guys ready?

Eating:

I have been a horrible, horrible eater so far this week. Granted it was my birthday weekend, so I felt like it was okay to splurge. But I do not really have an excuse for Monday or Tuesday. I feel really bad about my eating habits. It's okay though - step-by-step, day-by-day. I am aiming to see improvement by the end of this little "challenge."

Beginning of the week eats
Xochimilco (Mexican Restaurant) - Burritos and Rice, Strawberry Banana Virgin Daiquiri, Nachos, Chips and Salsa
Homemade Kookaburro Chicken, French Fries
Noodles
Yogurt
Movie Popcorn
McDonald's Hash-browns

{Note: This list is not in order. I am simply writing as I go.}

Exercise:

None. None whatsoever. It has been raining nonstop here in Southeast Michigan, and that has seriously put me down. I've wanted to walk in Heritage Park, but, once again, I have not had the motivation. The sad thing about all of this is that I still have a gym membership at Planet Fitness. Yup. I'm paying $10 a month to neglect my health.

Sleep:

My sleep has always been horrible, but it has gotten better ever since I went away to Germany. That is because I forced myself to have some solitude time while there {because being in an new country and culture for so long is tiring!} and ended up falling asleep early (about 9/9:30 PM). Now that I am back home, my sleep schedule is not as stringent, so I typically can fall asleep anywhere between 9:30 and midnight. Sometimes it's later. And thinking about that, I could improve on that because I get up at 5:40 AM during the weekdays. I'll work on this.
